Family:

Wife – Georgina
Son – Ross, teaches at Cariboo College, Kamloops; married with sons 16, 14 and     daughter 9
Daughter – Janis, housewife; daughters 10 and 1; lives in Calgary

Work Before Retirement:

District Sales Manager (Southern Alberta) for a paint manufacturer.  Retired in 1986.

Present Activities:

Curling; occasional deer hunting; guitars – buy, fix, sell; work part-time – rental car tripper

Some Favourite Memories:

  • Making a movie in grade 6, Central School
  • Scout camping at Camp Busk
  • Freezing in the water at Lakeside Park
  • Beach parties
  • Waiting in the ferry line-up on the way back from the Starlight Drive In
  • Riding the street car to Lakeside in the summer
  • My first car – 1940 DeSoto – bought in the summer, 1954
