Eileen (QUANCE) Fuller

After graduation from UBC I joined the Department of External Affairs, spent six months in Ottawa and then was posted to the embassy in Bogota, Colombia.  Shortly after I arrived I met Richard Fuller, an Englishman who was with the Royal Bank of Canada.  We were married in Bogota and have two children who were born there. 

We spent years away from Canada in several countries, always on assignment with the bank:  Trinidad, Argentina, Barbados and finally Colombia again until we retired in 1996 to Surrey.
